I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you want to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie.
all reviews » This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it. I enjoyed the hotel, the amendment keys, and the management, Joss Olea I'm pronouncing her name correctly was absolutely unbelievable. She was friendly, understood our concerns, and Did everything she could to make us happy. She was one of the best I have ever seen. Thank you for a delightful stay we will be writing a review. Staying in Garden Center and not having to drive into French quarters. Street cars were just across the street and easy to use. Quality Inn was a very pleasant surprise in the layout and atmosphere. Got a good deal on line. Very helpful staff, but needed more help for breakfast. Location was great, easy access to street car, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the hotel layout and decor was cute and added character, staff was helpful and friendly, decent continental breakfast, and the restaurant connected to the hotel was pretty good!. Wonderful old hotel away from hustle and bustle of Frnch Quarter. Very convenient to everything by public transportation. We have recommended it to our son who is a regular travelor to New Orleans. Great breakfast and attached restaurant. Staff were awesome. It is nice & peaceful from the hustle/bustle of New Orleans. It's conveniently located at the Streetcar and was easy to get to downtown. The garden squares were very nice for sitting out and breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed my stay. Rather large room, containing all needed extras - AC, safe, fridge, iron, kettle, hair dryer at no extra cost. Bed was huge and comfortable. Everything was clean and working. Was able to check-in at around midnight and check out at 3AM. VERY friendly staff, al,owed for early check-in, stored our luggage,etc. Free breakfast was better than average. Hot tub was great! So was courtyard and "NOLA" feel to hotel. Location to Streetcar was also vey convenient. Good continental meal, convenient and reasonably priced parking, Bed were nice and large flat screen in the room! I also like when the sink and toilet are in separate rooms when you are staying with three other people!. Excellent location - right off of St. Charles trolley - very easy to get to French Quarter and Garden District. Staff very friendly. Nice rooms and nice complex. Will use again when visiting New Orleans. The staff right of the bat fantastic.the location was prefect on street car line go anywhere in city for $3 a day pass .nice rooms ,nice pool + free breakfast. Music outside was kind of loud but it didn't bother us too bad we were too busy, just something small we noticed, no elevators to get up to top floors, in the hotels defense they told us before we checked in, our legs just got a work out lol. Two lamps that didn't work and all but two lightbulbs not working in chandelier. A little musty smell, but seemed very clean. Rest very nice. Parking fee. Shower rod. Parking price, but I left my rental car on the Erato street next to the hotel. Breakfast was not too good, I mostly chose to just skip it. Window curtains could not be closed, had to improvise. Air conditioner was rather loud. Quality of room was lacking. Our headboard was glued to the wall and it broke. Low toilet, shower, keys didn't work frequently. Parts of the hotel just look dirty and need a paint job. I did not like that on the website (letsbookhotel.com) that it advertised that there was a mini-frig in the rooms and when we got there the hotel said only some of the rooms had them. The elevator was also out when we arrived and was not fixed during our stay... We were on the third floor!. Had some issues with cable tv the night we were there. The only thing I didnt like was we had to leave. The bathroom needs new tile/grout and an exhaust fan. I did wish we had a small table to play a game on when we could not go outside to sit because of rain. Bathroom a bit tight, but no real issue. > The Queen Room for the first three nights was ultra small and cramped - it didn't really have a desk. The only room I've ever stayed in like this was in HK > Despite calling in the TV in the Queen Room never worked and it was never communicated they couldn't fix it before we changed rooms. The suite that we stayed in was directly across from street car which ran all night, so it was noisy. not enough towels. Parking across the street (which really can't be changed) felt a little sketchy. Breakfast was not great (but we were the last people to arrive). Lamp did not work, clock did not work, mold on bathroom ceiling and on the wall, poor shower. Internet was a bit spotty at times however we were at the extreme corner of the facility thus most likely the farthest from the wifi base unit. The hot tub had a very high smell of bleach and it closes at 10:30. Also none of the ice machines worked. The remote didn't work in our room but they did move us to another room. WiFi only worked one of the three day we were there. Contacted management but problem not resolved. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast buffet needed more variety and also lacked seating for the motels booked in customers. Breakfast ladies not friendly , told the office , the desk employees very friendly!. Rather tired fruit brought out each day at breakfast. $17 daily parking and bathroom gets too hot while taking a shower. Bathroom showing it's age. The surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe. toilet stool was too low door was hard to open at tmes. Dirty walls in room - they desperately need to be painted. Very low shower heads - my 6'2" tall husband had to bend to take a shower. Smoking in the pool and courtyards. high fee for parking. I did not like paying $17 a day for parking!. The connected bar/restaurant wasn't up to par with the rest of the facilities. Bathroom needs update. Breakfast messy. Lamps did not work right. none. There was not anything that I did not like about it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was great and the location was also good. We were a group of 6; I requested rooms near each other. This request was not forwarded and our rooms were not close at all, different building .
