Have a restorant. Frigobar in the room. Breakfast included in the room cost. Flat rate.I stay 4 days which different rates each day, despite I have reserved my room two months ago.

closeness to the actual beach. just one block down. it was a boutique style hotel only two floors, so not alot of people and got a personalized greeting everytime I approached the desk and spoke to Ceasar.

No parking avaiable for customers specifically, there is a parking lot that was $40 per day or metered parking that only allowed one hour at a time. Ocean drive is an actual 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. No amenities at the hotel, like spa, pool, even airport shuttle or business center for printing or computer use.

The hotel was clean, inexpensive and SO CLOSE to the beach.

Is close to the Miami Convention Center. The staff was friendly.

No safe box in the room. No restaurant in the hotel. To have breakfast I had to go to a restaurant round the corner (which is very good indeed)

Nice location, decent price.

A little noisy, could have better curtains and/or blinds to block sun in the morning. Parking is 1.75/hr on the street and you need to check the parking garage prices in order to get the best deal.

nice people at desk and at breakfast. nice simple wide space room. I would return with pleasure.

The location is very convenient. Near the beach, few blocks to Lincoln Road and very quiet and clean. Bed very comfortable.

The water preassure in the tube was not good. The staff is not very polite. And there is no soft drink machine in the hotel.

My room 214 was clean and spacious. The bed was excellent and the shower worked fine. It's, of course, Miami Beach so the price is never in line with the room standard. Big advantage = no bar, hence less attractive for noisy spring-break crowd.

Couldn't get a glass for my bathroom - ended up taking a styrofoam cup from the breakfast counter. Room lacks light for the office/shelf space in the corner. Breakfast staff was nice but the quality of items to choose from is supermarket/ industrial. I.E. too expensive for what you get. But, it's Miami Beach!

Location is good, just a stroll to the beach. Staff is friendly. WiFi included.

Services are limited, not many amenities. Good potential to invest and turn it into an eco-friendly hub for modern travellers.
