I had a excellent stay, love the staff and the room was wonderfull with a good bed and a good bathroom. Walking distance to all. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming and the location is excellent. Best value for money I can imagine. I like the location of the hotel and the people that work there. Very clean and nice hotel:-)nice bed:-)nice people:-).

I like it is very close to the beach any easy to go anyware and the saf was ok . View from the window (of course if you have a room with a sea view). All evening and night we heard a noise behind the wall (was it part of AC unit or something else have no idea), but noise was quiet disturbing and annoying. When I pay online it say the baby crips was free but when I ask in the hotel they was traying to charge me, that I don't like it they should know butter . 1.Very late check in!!! You must vacate room at 12:00 But you may only check in at 16:00!! What do they do for 4 hours?? That's a stupid idea because most of guests arrive in the morning. I have never experienced this before in Europe and somewhere else. Dirty dusty windows that can not be opened. The beach is not as good as you can imagine to yourself. The best beach in miami beach is south beach at Ocean Drive av. That to the south about 2-3 km. Bathroom was really dirty....this is one of ploblem.bed and room was cozy!!. Place under renovation. No restaurant for lunch & dinner. Pay for parking, unfriendly staff, old furniture, they charged me twice n were unable to help. No Parking included. When it rained the bathroom ceiling water was coming down. No parking. Have to pay to park. Hotel front parking is about $45 a day. Dirty but expected for the money. This hotel should be a good hotel like 50 years ago.. Keep paying parking every day. - Elevators are a disaster - Staff is bored and more concerned with private calls - Overall cleaness is weak. Cleanliness in some places ,pool and corridors ... The hotel behaves like a youth hostel, we could hardly sleep all night due to the continous door lashing. We found a cockroach in front of our room. The hotel could stand a renovation. Bad elevators, usually onlyl 1 working. very noisy, turned on the water in sink and made loud hums during use. Old air units, very loud. Small bathrooms. NO PARKING!. The room was extremely old, and not very clean. The carpet was dirty, and the entire room was rather dirty. The hotel was really dirty. Room smelled and bathroom was a disaster. Everything else. The facilities were worn and dirty. The bath tub was gross. You had to park in a city lot on the street that was only good till 9 am. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone but severe enemies. Squeaky elevators, smelly rooms, always getting locked IN my room. The front desk were always some mean younger woman with snappy attitudes and were not helpful one bit. No where to park at least have a dedicated parking lot. I didn't like the overall condition of the hotel. Nothing has been updated since 1954. The elevator scared me the most. Every time I went up and down it felt like it was falling apart. No hot tub, priced too high. Staff. No iron in the room housekeeping never had extra washcloths , had a roach in our bathroom, all ice machines broke. The room's structure is old & unkept; there was a moldy smell in the room, and never got hot water in my two night stay. Although the pool is big, it was dirty, the tiles are full of dark mildew. People off of the beach welcomed themselves through the back pool doors. Everything else - dirty room and bathroom, a/c not working, even some mold on walls and ceiling... Dirt, dirt, dirt and more dirt, and also rust everywhere. For 10$ would be ok, but with the price of 120$ it is absolutely unacceptable !!!. Room service - terrible, facilities too old, broken sink in bathroom, wet carpet in room, dirty, ... the rooms were filthy filthy filthy. General smell Ice machines broken ATM broken Pool in shadow of neighbouring hotel. Rooms dont have refrigerator, windows were very dirty.Hotel needed a complete overhaul. Run down. Smelly hallways. Old plumbing. Cheap linens and blankets. Noisy a/C. Front desk staff was not professional; chatting and chewing gum - leaning on the counters and very "Ghetto" attitude. The room was a mess, the electrical in the room didnt work, the tv was broken, the shower didnt shut off, worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything, apart the bed (the only thing is ok that horrible e dirty and scary hotel. From the 2 elevators was one permanent out of order and had to be replaced. The other one was often allready full, so you spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. Everything was near to replacement. There were holes in the carpet; icemachines were out of order. Parking in the neighborhood was terrible. Very dirty room! Very dirty bathroom! It smells they have bed bug nothing it's renovated they have holes in the wall blood in the elevator the room it's small! Not worth the money! It's the worse place to stay ever!!!!. Nothing in the hotel worked ,the vending machines, ice machines were all inoperable, the rooms and hallways were all dirty and smelled bad, the bathrooms were nasty,mold on ceiling in bathroom and room,the eleavator are enough to make anyone to use the stairs, its my opinion that if anyone in yoir company ever saw this place you would not endorse this hotel, if I could of found a empty room in the area I would have not stayed the night. The place was a run down dirty dump!!! 1 ice machine was working for 8 floors as well as 1 elevator. I got charged for a safe, which was required, that I had no use for and a $20 deposit that was supposed to be refunded and still has not been. The guest room doors were beat up and dented. The room and bathroom were gross and outdated! I could go on and on about this dump. Im surprised I did not get bed bugs!!.
