We had a nice room. simple hotel, comfortable, good quality/price. excellent situation. and breakfast included what it's rare in usa hotels.I liked the Hotel. I liked the breakfast. The situation is excellent, about 200 feet from the beach. the outsdie was good and clean as was the foyer and reception area, the rooms are dated however and need renewing, although i understand it is in the art deco area the rooms need to be modernised etc, however bed was comfortable and it was very close to south beach and all the facilities, for the access to south beach and the price it is excellent. hotel lobby was good.Firstly, they do not accept American Express, and I was left without cash. Secondly, we were given a really awful room and had to ask to change it for a decent one. When we asked for watter the man who was at the reception told us to drink water for the bathroom... . old furnitures. it needs some improvements... The hotel is not very good.rooms very dated . need a complete referbishment but they were clean and functional. Limited breakfast and very small single room.

Travelling information
From Interstate 95 in Miami:
-Go east on I-395 which then becomes the Macarthur Causeway.
-Enjoy the view of the Port of Miami and the cruise ships as you approach Miami Beach. Bear slightly right onto 5th Street at the end of the causeway.
-Proceed straight ahead to Collins Avenue and go left on Collins. Proceed to 920 Collins Ave. The hotel is on the left.
From Miami International Airport:
-Exit the airport and bear right onto Lejune Road (42nd Avenue).
-Take the SR-836 ramp towards Downtown Miami (I-95). Stay on SR-836 as it becomes I-395. See above to continue on.
