This is a fun hotel. There was a happy hour with a free drink and chips, which encouraged socialising among the guests. Our family suite was big, which made it comfortable travelling with our two-year old. Proximity to the airport was helpful, given our early flight. However we stayed three nights in all, and enjoyed our time. I'd have no problem recommending this hotel to families. Big spacious suites, fantastic breakfast which came with the rooms, efficient and friendly cleaners and staff, great pizza in the hotel Aero restaurant and to top it off - the arrangements facilitated at front desk for all major la tours including vip transport pickup and dropoff which was so convenient.

We are a couple aged in our late seventies who wished to relax, do some tours and shopping without the city bustle. This hotel and staff worked well for us. Great hotel that we return to each time we are passing thru LA .Clean , comfy and friendly . Highly recommend. Room (and the bed in particular !) very comfortable. Guest laundry driers which usually takes 45mins. Had placed four quarters to dry washed clothes but had it stopped twice by other guests who took my clothes out, left them on floor and placed theirs in using my quarters! There weren't any seats available in laundry room either!. Apart from some traffic noise which is outside the hotels control our stay was good. Nothing really the surrounding area was only hotels and parking for the airport but you are staying at an airport hotel for convenience .... Nothing. Nothing we didn't like. Breakfast was a bit lacking although, to be fair, I didn't get there until about half an hour before it closed. Room had smell. Asked to have it deodorized but no one showed up. Nothing....I'd definitely return if I can't find a hotel for less than $170/night. Price of parking. Room cleaning was bad and the other was excellent. Restaurant service, some road noise from intersection. Too expensive for accommodations. Just like all other Embassey's but double the price. Room was awful think it was an old storage unit. Did not feel safe there at all. The letsbookhotel.com price was $211 but Ebassu Suites charged me $244????? Can you fix this???.
