This was my 1st visit to Kinder and to Coushatta Casino. Very easy to locate. Accommodations were clean and close to our destination. I would definitely come back. the front desk personnel was very good and very helpful. The accommodations were average. The bed, quite comfortable. We liked the staff . Always asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to the casino was very convenient.

Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok. The location was close to where we were going. Location. Nothing. King size bed and drive up to the door on the first floor. I can't think of anything specific. We were kept awake all night with spordic noises. At first, I thought it was coming from the pool equipment, then it sounded like geese flying overhead. Upon inspection the next morning, it was water, dripping down the drain pipe outside our room some how being magnified hugely in our room. Very weird. Tv channel selections were too limited. I didn't know that booking online instead of talking to the desk person on the phone cost an additional $10. It did not have a fridge nor a microwave in the rooms. For the price you pay they could at LEAST have that!!. Could not take breakfast to room. Outside appearance of rooms needs paint. Tv remote sound did not work right. Sink & mirror were outside bathroom. 1.Shade by window would stay open ! 2. Thermostat was inoperable! Very hot all night!! 3. TV was just pathetic !! All the channels would not come in!! 4. Too expensive for what I got !!!. This is NOT an extended stay facility! It is a Motel 6 type room, very sparse and very low budget. A mini fridge and a microwave in the room is it. I would NOT stay here again. Walls are very thin. Could hear the people in the room next to us at 2 in the morning very clearly.. Also could hear the people in the room above us.. The room didn't have a fridge. The hair dryer didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't work. The toilet was backed up. When we called the front desk, they told us there was nothing they could do about the hair dryer, they didn't even mention the TV remote and as for the toilet they told us if we want we could go to the front desk and pick up a plunger. Finally someone came up and unlocked the room next door so we could use the hair dryer and unblocked the toilet. Loud noisy tenants. People in room next to ours were using drugs fighting and screaming all night. Was confronted by one of them on parking lot. Motel staff was unconcerned. Not safe to stay. Room Rate. Misled at time of reservation, got dirty, dingy, dark room. Afraid to go barefooted - dead bugs, dirty carpet. Nasty stains in bathroom toilet, holes in walls, door, etc. Cheap, cheap, cheap, even though $100 a night. Definitely no return visit.
