The hotel was very clean and organized. Everything smelled fresh and our stay was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the casino, pouring down rain and we didn't even get wet. I am a smoker. We did get a smoking room. Although I smoke it was fresh smelling. It did not smell like a dirty ashtray! The room was clean. Also, very quite. Very restful sleep!.
all reviews » Large, roomy clean room. It is located very close to the casino. The staff are so nice and not in an obnoxious, overbearing way. They seem to enjoy their work, and it shows. Convenience & staff. Rooms were nice but ended up in a smoking room . requested non-smoking. But we enjoyed the breadfast, newpaper, relaxing atmosphere,,. We loved the staff from being kindly greeted for breakfast to being greeted coming back late from the casino.the staff always had a smile on their face. We enjoyed the facility the staff were very helpful and convient to the casino. Best western is our favorite place during our travels.thanks. price is fair and the hotel is very comfortable free breakfast is worth an additional $20 my husband gambles at the adjacent casino. It was close to the casino, which was the reason we were there. The room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Shuttle bus to casino was very convenient and quick. Enjoyed the visit. It was extremely quiet and the continental breakfast was very well done. The staff was also very pleasant. The location to the casino, the super comfy beds, and fast response to getting more towels to the room... The room was ready when we arrived. The room was huge and extremely clean. The only really good thing was the free quick shuttle to the casino. There needed to be more tables to sit down and eat breakfast. We had to take ours to the room. That we had to come home!. Pool was green & the toliet was plugged!. all was good. The bathroom was small and not well lit, though it did have all the necessary amenities. We pretty much liked everything!. No meat for breakfast, boiled eggs, toilet too close to tub, not centered had to reach for paper. Air conditioner fan very slow [no high] only one way in and out, if ya miss it had to do a u turn. Nothing. Unable to use global free room voucher. It was a 12,000 point voucher. I was not informed until later that this property requires an 18,000 point voucher. Nothing. You had no control over the ac. The room had a smell. The linen on the bed did not smell clean. They were very high in price compared to other hotels in the area. even the casino. In fact they charge more than any other hotel I have stayed at. Nothing. The hotel is average at best and charged over $100 for the room. They get away with it because 7 Clans was full. Gal at front was a little salty- but can't blame her b/c there was a constant beep at the front desk that couldn't be stopped! Drove me crazy the 5 min I stood there- she has to listen to it 24/7.
