I loved the rooms. Confront,clean and affordable ...prices for eating very reasonable and plates full... Couldn't even eat all that was on the plates...food was also great... My first time to visit and really enjoyed my stay... Staff was also soooo nice... Thank you so much ... This was an all-around good destination. Good accommodations, smoke-free gaming area (wife has breathing problems). We've traveled a lot over the years, to many nice destinations. We've never had a better dinner than what we enjoyed at the Big Sky Steakhouse.

Especially Steve in the Terrace. He's great!!!. the casino convenience and the quiet hotel we have stayed at other hotels that were so noisey that we couldnt sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I liked everything about our trip. Comfort, convenience, casino, entertainment, and food. It was great!. The hotel is very clean. I love the safety features. Love having the casino right downstairs. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Lots of slot machines and good buffet. I did not have the hotel to go to the casino, it was right there. close to gambling facility. Access to casino. Friendly staff. The coffee & fridge in the room, also the soap & shampoo, iron, etc.--basically, we like what the room offers, thank you. Nothing. Bell service very slow. I wish the housekeepers would do a better job of making the beds. Sometimes the sheets are the wrong size & they tuck the top sheet & blanket so far at the bottom they don't cover you at the top. I usually just redo it .a very minor thing since everything else is so good... Can't think of a thing!!. The bed was way too hard. I did not rest at all. My elderly aunt had to sleep on the chairs. We were satisfied with the location. Not much to do except the Casino, but thats the reason we went to Coushatta. The prices at the rsturants---very expensive to eat. Bad pillows. Nothing. We made our reservation 2 wks in advance and when we got there they told us they only had smoking rooms. Spent $134 and it took an hour to adjust to the nasty smoke smell. Drinks in the casino were small when we could get them. It took forever to get a waitress. If u look we spent quite a bit of money. We like to gamble but will probably stop at Labarge before driving all the way out there for that kind of service. It's old and run down. Not top notch but ok for a nite. Rooms are old out dated and not clean. Bathroom floor was very sticky. Halls and elevators were dirty. Staff was very unfriendly. Whole experience was bad. Will not return and will not recommend to others.
