Cute hotel with some heart, not the normal clinical "in and out" feel. Brekky was great, fresh coffee, bagels and some fresh fruit. Computer/Internet access is free in lobby and there's also a phone that is free for local calls. Really close to town square and good eating spots. Definitely go to Pearl Street Bagels for lunch if you want something un fussy and fresh. Yum!. The most friendly and helpful staff. We were very impressed with their service. They even helped us setup a great river rafting trip right from the front desk at a great price. Also, it is only a walk away from down town Jackson Hole. We went window shopping every minute we got and could be back to our apartment in 5 minutes. It was great!.
all reviews » It has the feel of a bed and breakfast with the antique furniture and design in the lobby and breakfast room. Our room had two doors, one to the front hallway and one to the back of the hotel, so it was very easy to bring in the suitcases in. It also had a railing and flower for a cottage feel. We loved that the rooms were updated and felt clean and fresh, yet had a "times past" feel with the beautiful antique furniture and historical photos and art of Jackson. The continental breakfast was great and we loved the convenient location. A delightful hotel. Many little touches that make it special. The decorations are beautiful. Got the BEST advice on where to go and what to do in the nearby parks and surrounds. PERFECT location for everything in town. Great value!. While it had a look of a motel, the feel of the rooms was more of a b&b. We had a king suite which had a great separation of the living area from the bedroom. Loved the 2 sinks so there was no fighting while getting ready. Beautiful, spacious room with Lovely furnishings. Quiet, comfortable, and elegant. Close and convenient to downtown, restaurants, and shops. We even found a nice vegan restaurant close by. The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. It was hard to put make up on with the cloudy spot on it. Nothing!. No dislikes. Stairway only to 2nd floor room / no elevator. I am disabled and found the stairway difficult to negotiate. The rooms were not very "sound-proof"--we could hear the adjoining room and hallway noise. The room rate was pretty high, but suppose that's to be expected in a place like Jackson, WY!. The room decor is outdated, however we were not there to spend time in the room. I wish they were dog friendly, we would have loved to travel with our pet. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Suite is located directly above breakfast area...ok unless you don't like your room to smell like coffee 24/7. I know this is a resort area, but the price of the room was almost twice what I have been paying in Billings and Bozeman. Way over priced for the facility. They messed up my booking for 2 rooms so 'phoned another hotel and booked me into there without my permission. Fortunately, they sorted everything out in the end as we were happy to share a suite. Nothing. too expensive but I guess worth it . However, when you use a room only to sleep it's a pricey sleep. Breakfast, staff unavailable and rood, not enough parking. No hot water on first morning there--$250 a night and no hot water???. Too expensive for what it is (I.E. a higher quality motel), very noisy (room walls are too thin). Breakfast area was small. Very poor value for money,Could have done with an elevator.
