Right across the corner from the Randolph train station, makes a great location for McCormick conference attendees. It is also easy walking distance from everything cool in downtown Chicago. Beds were pretty comfortable.

The roll away bed was absolutely horrible, useless. There was a duvet for it but no sheets at all. It took almost four days to get the sheets. Some front door staff was real friendly but others blatantly uninterested.

It's not an hotel so as long as you don't expect hotel services (there is no SP Suites personnel in the building) everything is great. They are very supportive over email. Location is outstanding.

location, bed and bath

Noise meter, refrigerator and air conditioning output had to shut at night. This problem is not tieien all appartments ranging from the quietest being the facing the courtyard.

fantastic location and great place to stay handy to everything and if a longer trip. Rooms were clean and adequate and bathroom nice. Appreciated the launderette on site as had been travelling for a couple of weeks. Some staff were super helpful particularly Jodie.

The check in requirement for 4:30 only was strange and then greeted by a very surly security guard (no other staff at all) was very off putting when the rest of the stay was great. I thought that if they had had the linen professionally laundered it could have gotten a better rating as other than the welcoming staff was the only other thing I could fault.

The space was nice and ready when they said it would be.

It was difficult trying to get an earlier check in time. 4:30 pm was a little inconvenient since I had meeting to attend all day, I had to store my luggage with a friend.

We loved the location and the comfort/convenience of this apartment. It was perfect for us ..and was close to almost everything we wanted to see in Chicago. It was quiet. Private. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Minor ..but we didn't have enough bedding (for the roll away bed). And one of the front door staff members was super cranky when asked questions. Neither ruined our stay or our opinion of the apartment ..we loved it!

Location

The rate on the web site doesn't take in account the taxes and cleaning fee. Finaly, the rate is too expensive. The heating ventilator is so noisy that it had to be turned off for the night.

We rented a 3 bedroom unit in the loop... Great for us and our 3 kids, perfect to walk to Milenium park, State street, The theaters, etc. Front desk staff was helpful even though they are not responsible for the unit. We will rent this unit again!

The unit had some repair issues and the key card stopped working at 10am even though we'd been approved for 11am check out. The SP Suites staff was very hard to reach when we had questions.

The location is ideal, and the cost is reasonable. Having two rooms and kitchenette are big pluses.

After multiple e-mails informing property managers that we would be arriving late, the room did not seem ready. There were no extra sheets, no extra towels (as requested) no toiletry items, and no toilet paper (?!)(Fortunately a late night Walgreens is on the corner).

The location is great.

While the price originally came in low, after the cleaning fee was applied a person might as well as stay at a hotel where your room will be cleaned and restocked everyday.

The location is the only advantage.

I've made dozens of booking via letsbookhotel.come but never came across such a cheating. The price you see does not include taxes - that is ok for us. But then they also add cleaning fee which is even more than the cost of the room. So, for the price of Hyatt hotel you get a tiny apartment with no open windows, no view, very laud air condition. And they will not treat you as a hotel - don't leave any trash! There are plenty of nice hotels near by, so don't buy on that.

Location is good

This was not a hotel as we thought, but a run down student apartment. We paid a 120 dollar cleaning fee but the room still had tons of dust, empty bottles under the bed and brown stains on the wall.
