Loved the location, loved the comfort of the beds, loved the layout of the rooms, excellent service, great pool and hot tub

No coffee maker in the rooms, and although it was available in the lobby, the machine was removed too early and not always available. That's our only complaint. Everything else was top notch.

It was our 25th anninersary. We told this to staff when checking in. They uograded us to suite with lake view. They also brought up a dessert and wrote happy anniversary on the plate. We loved the suite it was so big and luxurious.

We loved how convenient this hotel was to all of the restaurants and walking by the lake.

The only issue I would have is the kids that took over the pool/spa one night so after that, we didn't used it

We traveled with an 8 year old. The room even with a rollaway bed was very large. The city/lake view was great. The highlight for our child was the dessert - a snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich - from the restaurant. It is conveniently located.

The close by hotel guests who had a party that kicked off around 3am and went on for at least 1 hour. I could hear them even with the ear plugs provided. There was a knock on their door presumedly by hotel staff followed by a steady procession of their door closing and their guests departing unfortunately they were not quiet when leaving the room from 4am to 4:30am.

~ Nice view from Hotel Room. ~ Efficient valet parking system with option of self-parking.

~ Hotel couldn't find our reservation as our middle name & last name were written together as our last name. ~ We're party of 3 - the room had 3 sets of towel but only 2 pairs of slippers, 2 bottles of water & 2 glasses? ~ Toiletries were not replenished - same small bottles to be used by 3 ppl for 2 days in a luxury hotel?!

Didn't like the way the tax on the room isn't shown on the web sight when u book it cost an extra €250

The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were being met. Very professional.

Upon check out, the person at the counter did not acknowledge our $100 per day food and beverage credit that was part of the deal when booking it through your web site. I was then offered a partial credit. Still trying to get the full credit.

Reception staff more than helpful with booking problem. Concierge desk excellent. Very good casual restaurant.
