The hotel had a prime location for our purpose (attending a conference in the nearby Hynes convention center). The hotel staff helped us with a problem with our booking and the rooms were great. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and in good order.

The hotel is starting to show its age in the heating system and bathroom furnishings.

Good location for my needs. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff.

Very upset that the Internet wireless was not available. I have been to hotels 1/2 the price and recently that gave free internet. It seems in very poor taste. Breakfast was terrible. Both of us had dried eggs for $15.00!! Having to be out of our room because of emergency was inconvenient.

We enjoyed everything about the Hilton. It was a few steps away from the convention center, which made it very convenient for us. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat. The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

We stay in Hilton for sneding my son to Berklee summer programe. The location is right prefect to the different devisons of Berklee. We feel like home here to join the school activities periodically. Hotel stuff is helpful and friendly.

Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool! The bed was very big and most comfortably I have ever slept in! Conceirge got us a driver to take us to natick mall at a great price on return! Bathroom was very clean, we got extra towels which was not requested every morning! A great hotel! I will be returning next year!!

I was there for the Boston marathon. The location was ideal for getting around during the weekend going to the start/packet pickup etc. The staff handled the situation pretty well although they did not confirm us guests when we came back to the hotel after the lockdown, I thought that was odd.

Had hoped for a slightly earlier check in...called ahead and asked but they were not able to accommodate.

Could not watch movies from room. The options as well as the tv remote were so primitive that it was rediculous! Staff offered no resolution! If I had known this in advance, I would have stayed at another hotel.

Staff charged a higher rate than booked through your site. Did not find this out until calling to find out why my credit card was declined. Will not stay there again b ecause of the hoops I had to jump through to get all resolved. I had a printed confirmation from Booking... Hotel did not want to honor.

Booked room for 4, no room available when we arrived. Over booked and children ended up sleeping on inflatable camp bed!! Although gave us complimentary breakfasts and a meal this really is not good enough for Hilton hotel. Spoilt the start of our holiday, it's not what u need after a 7 hour flight to be told they have no suitable room for you!!!

Bookings .com did not let us change our booking with the hotel even though hotel staff said it would be fine. We will NEVER NEVER EVER use or recommend Bookings.com again. My husband was released from hospital sooner than we expected and we did not need the room.

Didn't like that parking was not included. Paying $41.00 a night just made the room more costly, also internet was not included, that was another $15.00 a night. Add ons make this hotel quite expensive.
