  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... what people say » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  I only stayed one nıght as ı was ın transıt from Kathmandu to Istanbul.After 3months ın Nepal ıt was wonderful to enjoy the luxury the Rsort offered - I have known this hotel for a number of years having stayed there before.
