  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... what people say » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. No worries about parking. Have a spacious reception. I dont think anyone can ever regret staying at this hotel.

  The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. The kids pool was great for children (sliding tubes - small and bigger ones). My son adored it. Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and the latter is great for low-cost fares on Air Arabia to make short trips to other cities like Doha and Muscat. I would highly recommend this hotel to budget- conscious travellers looking for an alternative to the somewhat overpriced - I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional. The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.

  good location and staff are so kind and helpful - Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment Room 302 which was nice and clean. Bathroom was spacious and enjoyed the water pressure in the shower taps .
