  I found the staff very helpful. Case in point, I needed it help to get on a online tutorial and the it person set me up. The reception staff were professional but not too formal. Bed room very large and well appointed. - Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. Nice neighbourhood with some interesting Restaurants,especially an Iraqi one, where you can watch the national fish dish ( Masgouf ), slowly roasting on wood embers ! . They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.
