Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

... what people say » e hotel is very well managed with polite and attentive staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

This hotel is a gem, we try to visit every few months for a break away. The service is excellent and customer care is one of the best. Reception staff, Alison, Maria etc. cannot be anymore welcoming. They are perfect and why we go back

I liked the room size. The most important thing I liked is that there is no liquor served in that hotel and it does not have a night club. It is a perfect match for a family and easily accessible to the shopping areas. It is a value for money.
