I think it was a great full place and I enjoyed it realy. I hope to visit the previous place again. Suggestions : If there is some offers it will better than without and to do some more activities for the kids. Best wishes Khalid. Very nice pools, one of them -with cold, refreshing water, excellent beach with 'super' cabanas, 'White Bar' with various promos and 'happy hours', amaizing massage saloon (high professional ladies!!!), all staff speaks Russian :))).
all reviews » We stayed in a serviced apartment which was spacious and had lovely sea- view balconies. Location, on the beach behind the mall, was also good. Breakfast was decent. Overall it was good value. we love the place so much!!!! its so relaxing and very comfortable. staff treats you as a family and not as a costumer and that's what we love most. the environment which is so clean. Truly lived up to the name ...,PALACE... It's easy every inch a palace, very spacious. Mouth watering food... In total it was a very relaxing experience!!. The service at the hotel and the staff which makes the place beautiful and makes me come the sec..time and not forgetting James from H.K a good person... Such friendly staff, loved the Ukrainian reception staff they were so helpful, Corinne in the shop and the breakfast team couldn't do enough. Excellent property. Will definitely keep coming. The rooms were neat and clean. Good facilities for the beach and pool area. Value for money. Its a nice place, staff very friendly, breakfast is good..and they are increasing the activities for residents. not my first time on here. 2 Bed apartment very spacious and smart. Lebanese Restaurant was great - Food, Value & Staff, Lovely location right on beach. Room design, beach, breakfast everything were super! Please keep the price affordable so we could come back again! No design.no friendly.differnt from whay i expected. Location of the hotel is very nice. sea view. looks great from outside. Location. The sea. No bath tube in the appartment, shower only. The hotel is not signposted from the main road which made it hard to locate (although you can see it!). It also primarily caters to Russian package tourists. However the greatest frustration was the super-loud beach disco which went on until 2am and made it difficult to sleep before then - despite being on a high-level floor!. The price for b and b was good but charging £20 per day for internet is way too much. Especially given its free in the mall and the pub. Really think you need to re-think the price. Choice of food limited for Asians. The buffet catered only to the Russian and European Tourists. The staff at the restaurant was paying more attention to the tourists. We found that discriminating. Poor signing off road, Poor signing of hotel entrance, unimpressive lobby, Poor information on restaurant locations and menus, Bad smell in kitchen, Russian Buffet in both restaurants on same night I.E. no choice No food available at English Pub. Better cleaning from service staff required. the breakfast. The food was not that great. Car Park with no lift directly going to the room Breakfast some products might have been fresher. 1-water in Bathroom had yellow color when put on warm Temp. 2-Loud music on the Beach at night that reach's bedrooms. No commands. Pool facilities - Lack of towels. No wi-fi. Toooo much noise from the beach on Friday night!!!!. one TV only available in the suite nad need at least 2 more TV in each room. Dusty balconies, room service did pay attention to them, no kitchenware. Long queues for breakfast, gave up both days. Hotel not finished but not advised in advance. Waited 4 hours for n adaptor plug for room and for dressing gown (supposed to be in room). Not of standard expected. reception area breakfest chaos. Sofa. Every thing. shoud be more cleaning. we stay in 3 bedrooms suit but there was no hair dryer in the rooms plus no tissue box or trush can in either of the rooms. they serve Shisha in swimming pool areay!! espicialy in child pool, which is not nice. and smoke smill everywhere. Tailored towards Russians Blue lights in lobby Not enough lounge chairs by the pool Bad smell in the room; had to complain 2and insist to call the manager. i did not like that they hed no facilities offered in the room servies. for anything you order even for a catle of water you have to pay a service fee of AED 15. for a 5 star category its a shame that they dont have any coffee, tea or catle in the room. we had to go out of our way to buy suger,tea,coffee and when we came back we still had to pay the service fee just for them to provide us with cups!. interior design is very bad , even 2satr hotels they have better designs, staffs are lazy , almost there is like hotel apartments, very small reception, its not luxury as the price is luxury,. No Internet and swimming pool is sooo small compare to other hotel 3 to 4 star they got bigger swimming pool. -Poor reception -Wallet parking -Bathroom materials not enough. -No Jacuzzi or sauna. Very poor room services. Room service is very slow. backside view is not well developed, blocked toilet bowl. - no baby sitter available. This hotel absolutely not 5 stars, maybe three stars. Small unfurnished reception, dirty rooms, slow staff, no service. After one night I moved to another hotel. There it was horrible! Never more Palace Beach Resort!!!. Their breakfast service was terrible. although our booking included BF but we weren't able to have it because their weren't letting us in. The recipients at the restaurant won’t let anyone go in even though the inside of the restaurant was empty. Also, the bed sheet was dirty it had chocolate stain all over it which seemed that they haven’t changed it. No customer service at all starting from check - in to check - out ignominy house keeping and room services as well as reception, very load music every weekend till 4:00 am!!!!. Room old badly maintained Service bad Under age kid drinking bar Towels are so worn out that they are torn and still been used reception cant speak English took 5 call order milk. Noisy, unfriendly staff and expensive. Lobby very small consider the name (palace) very bad blue lights elevators very small, noisy. I will never recommend this hotel to any one the outside design is very nice but I was shuked when I went in side very bad finishing. I hope the new Hilton hotel which is coming soon and it's connected to this hotel is having a petter design in general. I booked a two bedroom sweet but it was more like an onld fashion apartment........ the rooms was very uncleane also the bathrooms ,and i gave them my to park when h receviecd my car something was broken............. its not what i expected ,rood standard not how its described and the staff is not welcoming very poor english….
