Great location, amazing beach. Staff extremely helpful especially Mark at the reception desk. Will definitely be returning soon!. Clean and neat. Efficient shuttle service from the Town House village to the hotel. Delicious food!. lovely atmosphere and very child friendly. Room service at late night was also really good. convenient to golf course and good breakfast buffet. Very peaceful, hassle free and prompt service. The resort and its excellent location. Beautiful grounds and a variety of amenities. Excellent range of facilities (water sports, golf, gym and spa). Nice beach and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good too, although finished rather early (10:00am). Relaxed atmosphere and good food. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are comfortable but a bit small. The transfer from the town houses to the main hotel worked reasonably well.The rooms represent reasonable value during the summer months however would be expensive for the rest of the year. The town houses are not 5*. Nice and quiet despite large building site in the rear.Relaxing break for us both. Village Townhouse style of the buildings...pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff. quiet, relaxing place. The room view over the swimming pool was the greatest thing and I like the beach and the water sports charges was reasonable. I do not recommend the Village. But the Hotel is excellent.the beach and the Hamra fort hotel, but not the town houses. the view and the location, romantic.you can park your car near your room. Peaceful atmosphere. In general the site, facility to use main hotel I.E. park, beach, pool,variety of restaurants. Swimming pool is so close to where I stayed. Location and facilities. the landscape. improve the hosekeeping services. the concept of environment not bad.the beach is great but room upgrade was to a garden view from pool view when i looked out to my horror all i could see was a big tent and some diggers i have pictures if you would like them.. No. Please just provide coffee in the rooms!. No tea and coffee facilities at the rooms!. i cant fault it.Room. Rooms were small. Malibu Disco and Billiards Room were closed during our stay. No indoor sports.The way the bathroom windows are situated people from outside can seequite visible inside while you are having a shower (naked). The showercurtains are short so when having bath the water falls rushes to thefloor and renders the bathroom floor wet. The fridge is way to small. The band at the gala party for new year. Room was a bit small. There is no signage to the town houses to from the approach to the hotel. There was only one person on reception to manage the check in. The reception also had to pick up the phone to deal with other requests. The pool was not chilled so by the afternoon it was very warm. Poor pool service for drinks etc. had to go into village restaurant to order. It's little far from Ras Al-Khaimah downtown.About the staff the receptionist was really rude and no one pick-up the phone when I called to ask about other services. The rooms were very small and there is no enough space to keep our luggage on , old T.V and the channels were not clear and only around 15 out of 50 was working, No tea and coffee facilities at the room. Rare possibility for late check-out.The town houses rooms were very small. when the extra bed was added, I had to put 2 chairs in the bathroom in order for the closet to open. In addition, the rooms were poorly furnished, not what you normally expect in a 5 stars resort. The staff from the beach "curse" at everybody even in front of children, so thumbs down here.They have to replace the old TVs with an LCD TV. In general staff is very willing and friendly but many would needsupervision and training. The AC sometimes doesn't work (their technician asked us to wait for 30 minutes and try again). No private parking. although it is a new hotel and a very good building but they have an old TV (Not LCD) and around 15 channels only.Everything was perfect in the room but they have an old T.V. not a flat one. Watersports was in the Lagoon and not on the Beach, and watersports were charged really high. Swimming pool not suitable for kids of 2 years.Staff at restaurants was slow and disorganised. Receptionist was not prepared and didn't let us pay the stay in the hotel, even if I told her we had still to pay the stay, because she was convinced we paid through your website. Staff, only 1 person in reception thats y you call and no one pickup,. Lack of towels in the room, room key didn't work 2 out of 4 days, check out process took a long time as insufficient staff on duty. Staff are of a very poor standard. Orders placed were not executed correctly or delivered on time. Most staff could not understand clear and repeated instructions.the attitude of reception staff they are rude. yes, they didnt make up the room while we are outside. the staff attitude towards teh guest as from the start of our stay in the hotel the staff are very rude and telling us they dont have shuttle to send us to our room,which we find ironic for a 5 start hotel who does not provide shittle service to our stay yet the room is about 800 m away.how do we going to carry out bag to the room.really dissapointed with staff and service provided. the upgrade and treatment by staff very poor final room bill had someonelses charges on it and the garden view was awfull.

Village Pub: Combination of pool and lounge bar with live band from 8 PM to 12 midnight. Also includes a playroom with billiards. An International range of alcoholic beverages is served with a wide selection of wine and snacks. Located at the poolside area of the Town House. Dress code is casual, business or formal attire only. Happy Hour from 3 PM to 6 PM. Open daily from 3 PM to 2 AM.

La Cabana: Combination of beach bar & restaurant. Adjacent to the Palace Hotel. Dress code is casual for the beach bar. Offering drinks between 9 AM to 7 PM and light snacks between 12 PM till 5 PM.

Each house has 2 levels. The junior suite with master bedroom and a separate living room is located on the ground floor. There are 3 standard rooms located on the first floor. Some of them have a balcony.

We offer a complimentary shuttle bus to the city centre shopping mall in Deira, Dubai. Every day except Friday.
