This is actually a really amazing hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The indian food is incredible here and is must. We even ordered at 4am and it was still delicious. The pool on the roof has no complaints. They'll generally do anything they can within reason to help you out without charging you massively for it. We had no problem with noise from any of the clubs which by the way are total trip and should be visted at least once just to check out the craziness. The rooms are a b.
all reviews » The hotel was clean and very chic in decor in a location in easy walking distance of the shopping areas. The rooms are of optimum size, quite suitable for both business and family crowd,with all required amenities and free wifi. The management was very friendly ; the lady Barkha at the front desk was quite knowledgeable and well informed and she assisted me promptly on my reservation modifications ...in all i would say incredibly convenient and an ideal choice for the price they are offering!!. Just stayed for one night. Not enough to judge a hotel. However, positives are: nice, well-decorated lobby and decent ambiance. However, after 9pm, as is the case with most Deira hotels, the bars / clubs in the hotel are open to all visitors, which sometimes makes it unwelcome for the guest families to move around. My wife and I didn’t have a problem though. The Room was Very comfortable, the hotel staff helped me with my luggage from the Taxi. I was lucky and they gave me a very large room where everything was perfect for this price and my expectations. It is not far from the airport (about 15 min. With taxi, that means about 10 euro as the rate from the airport starts from about 5 euro + km). I also got a good lunch at the restaurant. Room furniture, clean, food, pool (but it close at 6:00 pm). The location is not near metro station, although it's near many shops and fast food, and buses are passing in the same street. Of course you can get taxi easily, but taxi in dubai is a bit expensive ( ~ $0.5 / kilo, $1.5 minimum fees). 1) The level of service provided and the welcoming of the staff.. 2) Front desk staff and supervisor Mr. Tawsif friendliness and very good attitude. There is a disco-night and till 4am there is noise outside the hall. If you would like to sleep well, it's better to ask for a room not in the front side. The noise is everywhere until 3:00 AM. If you are an early bird and can't sleep without silence, then it's the wrong place. If you prefer long nights moving around between 4 different pubs, or you can manage sleeping with some (boo boo boo .. ) then you are in the right place. Btw, the sauna is very small, not working most of the time, and located in the WC! It's not a real health club. 1)Only night club.. You gotta be snop to have any complaints. But any ways gotta mention one. Night shift staff have very limited power to change or process most requests. You have to wait for day shift not good for party boy like me. Sleep all day. None. You better not take a room on the 2nd floor, specially to the club side where you wouldn't sleep all night which is noisy. 3rd Floor & the rest are perfect. i was looking to found anything i don't like until now i coud't find i singel one. Visitors are not allowed, even in a room for two room and bathroom were very small too many people with "security" written on their shirt around the nightclubs a little far from metro station. It seems pretty ordinary and your sleep will be really screwed up if you are on the second floor and also if it is on the third floor facing the lobby as the Bar & the Dance seems to be till 4:00am. TV channels was boring, not Hindi and English channels just Arabic boring. Noise in upper levels from pool music. The room I was in did seem rather small and crowded compared to the other rooms within the hotel. I dont like Nightclub in Dubai. I did not find any negatives to describe, over all good hotel. The prize they need to including break fast. The hotel is very noisy,i can hear the noise from the bar in the ground floor. Nothing to say. I didnot like vine. Internet was not working, which spoiled my mood. but its ok to manage. but if this would have been taken care of then i would rate 10/10 for them. Asked him to get out the drink but they did not. Noisy at night.
