  I am grateful to every body in R.B.H, they worked hard to keep everybody happy.clean room. Beech site tidy and served well. The gym , sona and steam room were a bonus. - Massage was amazing , and comfortable .

  With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it wou... what people say » ld have taken us ages to find our way. We stayed there also on the way over - they provide all toiletries, wake up call. And the best, most comfortabl - I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

  everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Breakfast a la carte was excelent. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room... what people say » at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport - The staff were very freindly and helpful and were willing to ensure that your needs were catered for.The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to most shopping malls and more importantly the Airport. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

  The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

  The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend.
