  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.   I came to Ras Al Khaimah on holiday and stayed in the Ras Al Khaimah Hotel for the whole month of June 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was wonderful!!!   This was my third stay at the Mangrove and the friendliness of the staff instantly make you feel welcome and if you have walked into your second home. Rowena in reception is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, modern in design and spacious. I had a nice view overlooking the mangrove and mountains. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

  Minar Mall is across the road which is basically the only real available mall in RAK. Then its the RAK free trade zone which is a few streets away. If you are on a business trip and would like to save money as well then I recommend this hotel. - Good buffet in the evening. Great view from rooftop restaurant.
