  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. - Tha... what people say » e hotel is very well managed with polite and attentive staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

  Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.
