  We had an apartment at Krakivskaya street. All was excellent. We had a late check in (at 11 pm). Vasily, the owner, stepped down when we called telephone from booking confirmation and welcomed us. Apartment is very modern and well decorated, all facilities are in place: iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, kitchenware, toaster, conditioner, two tvs (on... what people say » e in kitchen, one in bedroom). What is essential - various Lviv guides and maps were at the disposal as well. The location was perfect, right in the c - Дуже вдале розташування. Апартаменти фактично знаходяться на площі Ринок. Але не турбуйтесь, якісні вікна та товсті стіни дозволяють насолоджуватися затишком оселі у будь яку пору доби. Житлового простору для двох більш ніж вдосталь. Якісне оформлення оселі надає їй величного шарму. Наступного разу оберу цю саму оселю.

Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

Young people at reception area were very helpful and pleasant. We had massage, pedicure and manicure with great professional people. We really enjoy our stay and planning to come back next year!
