  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. The hotel has 2 parts to it, an old section and the new section, when we first checked in our room was in the old - Very nice and very professional hotel staff. Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. Proper wi-fi access to the internet. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Well silenced, air condidioned rooms with comfy beds allows to feel relaxed at all times.   We had an apartment at Krakivskaya street. All was excellent. We had a late check in (at 11 pm). Vasily, the owner, stepped down when we called telephone from booking confirmation and welcomed us. Apartment is very modern and well decorated, all facilities are in place: iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, kitchenware, toaster, conditioner, two tvs (on... what people say » e in kitchen, one in bedroom). What is essential - various Lviv guides and maps were at the disposal as well. The location was perfect, right in the c - Дуже вдале розташування. Апартаменти фактично знаходяться на площі Ринок. Але не турбуйтесь, якісні вікна та товсті стіни дозволяють насолоджуватися затишком оселі у будь яку пору доби. Житлового простору для двох більш ніж вдосталь.   Very quiet place, good value for money. Personell was not annoying at all. Good place to stay with limited budget, having an office within walking distance from the Hotel.   They are polite, kind and smiley person. The flat has a perfect location. Just 1 minute to Rafinad People club and also McDonalds and other nice cafes. I strongly advice it to you. Some people said that it is a little expensive. Yes a little expensive. But this flat is economic for crowded people such as we (6 person).
