A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. -

Location is superb! You cannot ask for a better place to stay. Right on the main square, next door to famous Kryivka restaurant.
Nice design of the room, attentive staff, free water and tea. They also let us leave the baggage at the hotel for almost the whole day (we had a late train).

Surprised a bit, because I'm a backpacker and got used to more economy-style hotels. And here the price was absolutely not high, but the interior and the service surpassed my expectations. there was even a special guy, sort of meeter-greeter to accompany me to my room (cool ;). The room was very neat and clean of course. On the whole location is perfect, about 20 min walk from the railway station, all attractions are also very close (well, Lviv is small)
