A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

Second stay on this trip.Excellent friendly staff. Restaurant meals are superb and good value. This time I was able to have breakfast which was an excellent buffet spread with hot & cold food. WiFi connection was fine. Quiet location with my room again overlooking the courtyard. Safe in room - larger to accept a laptop would be useful. Close to all public transport.

That was my second stay at the Wien Hotel and I was very pleased with what I got for the money I paid. For the last year this hotel got to the point when I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Lviv. Other than great location, in the middle of the city, it has new carpet, plasma TV, high speed Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast and cozy dinner with romantic music at the restaurant.
