  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram. I won't be staying anywhere else from now on. - Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable and ... what people say » quiet so one does get a good night's skeep. Excellent breakfast choice. A little way put of the centre of town 10 mins by taxi who arrived very promptly so not a problem at all. Would highly recommend.
