Everything! The couple who own the Hotel made me feel very welcome. The Hotel is lovely, my room was immaculate and breakfast was great. Its in a fantastic location for the Torbay area and walking distance from Torre station. I have stayed in several hotels and would easily say this is nicest place I have stayed for the price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the room was really homely. Nice touches around the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay :). Nice clean comfortable room,friendly owners and a good choice of food at breakfast.In a pleasant area and within walking distance of the sea front and town.every thing it was just as the web site said and more would love to have stayed longer and will hope to go back later in the year. Made to feel very welcome Jane and Wayne.Very clean and comfortable wonderful breakfast and a good location.Really friendly hosts, modern and clean rooms, great location. Bathroom was on the small side. I think the breakfast could be improved by using better quality food items. Bacon, sausages and eggs were of very poor quality. Small rooms. Too too small room and bathroom. Not enough space to swing a cat, room next to a boiler that at 7-30am onwards kicked into life and sounded like someone using a drill next to your head, and also the shower couldn't make up its mind it it was going to scold you or freeze you to dead!!.

By Car (from the M5 motorway):
- Take the A380 and follow signs for Torquay.
- Join the A3022 (Newton Road) and continue until you reach Torre Station and Halfords.
- At these lights, turn right onto Avenue Road.
- Take the 4th left onto Vine Road and turn right at the top into Cleveland Road.
- The guest house is approximately 300 metres further on, on the left-hand side.
