First review I've ever done and I'm doing it because the owners are such friendly people,chris is the type of guy after meeting him for 1 minute it's like you've known him years and probably could have a good night down the pub with,didnt meet his partner Kerry as she was recovering from dental surgery,his lovely mother Yvonne was wonderful.the hotel the guys welcomed us on the doorstep had a brief induction(fire exits,breakfast room etc)The family room(2 adults,1 child)was superb such crisp cl.
all reviews » From the moment we got there to when we left we were made to feel welcome. Friendly atmosphere, calm and casual, and very professional. The room was brilliantly clean; the breakfast is one of the best I have had away from home. Great hosts, great hotel, thank you Chris, Kerry, and Yvonne. This will be our first choice hotel to stay at in the Torbay area from now on. Staff very friendly and very helpfull. In very good location for transport links plus not far from beach front and easy walking distance to town. Definitely recommend Heathcliff Hotel to friends and family - in our minds not a question of if going back to stay, but when. the staff made life easy for me as I am disabled, they care about the people who stay at the bed and breakfast. the morning meal was excellent everyone mixed the staff have the knack of making everyone feel at home at the same time you keep your privacy. Very warm welcome, more than happy to help and see to your needs.
