Everything I needed was supplied. Staff were helpful and courteous. Value for money (at a discounted rate of £29.95) was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. No radio 2 sad with OUT-as a driver on the roads of the uk, you needsally / linn to keep you up dated on the roads your about to use Pleasetune in radio 2. thankyou. I requested brown bread twice for breakfast but they couldnt provide it It would have been great if they had made an effort to do it but it was a good breakfast.The pillows were flat and the room was either too hot or too cold. No facitlities in the hotel to order room service. Window was fully open when I first entered the room which was good because I like fresh air. But then with trafiic noise in the night it would not close.the bed was on the rather old side and springs have seen better days. Some of the beds are very uncomfortable, and need replacing. Price of Wifi is extortionate.See comment about room tidy/ bed make up over two night stay, above. the bath and toilet was a bit dated, they need some work. bed was soft, no blanket between matress and sheet so could feel one spring. The Continentel Breakfast was rather pricey. It should be reduced even if only for children as they cannot eat all of such a large breakfast (our daughter).We were on the ground floor and you could hear the people in the roomabove walking around - which they seemed to do at all hours. I wouldrecommend asking for a first floor room. Matress's need renewing, I could feel the springs when I turned, also quite lumpy. The Bed wasn't the best and the person in the room above was leaving at 8am and the floor boards were very very noisy !!. no on site restaurant. It was a little inconvenient that the electronic keys were not working. ucomfortable bed and pillows.

At large motorway island, follow M54 Shrewsbury and leave M54 at junction 4. Take first exit off and take second exit into Welcome Break service area. The hotel situated beyond the main building. From East - Follow A5 road alters to M54 towards Birmingham. Exit M54 at junction 4, take third exit off at mini roundabout and take the second exit into Welcome Break service area, follow signs for hotel (positioned beyond main building). From West - Follow A5 sign posted Telford. On arriving at Telford Town Centre, follow signs for M54 (Birmingham). When you join M54, it will be on junction 5.
