Location was brilliant, we didn't need to use the car much! Lots of eating places near by. Apartment brilliant size, lovely assistant manager, very clean and even had certain items put in apartment which isn't usually expected ie washing up liquid, shower gel,shampoo, towels!. Newly modernised apartment, clean, well equipped. Ample free on and off street parking. Free wifi. Less than 100 yds from main seafront road, yet suprisingly quiet area. Really comfy beds. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
all reviews » This apartment was very central for all activities during the day or night. The little extras like the toilet rolls, bedding, towels, tea/coffee even the washing up liquid were all a very welcome addition and made us feel special. Warm welcome even though we arrived early, after horrible journey. Staff helped us put our special food in fridge Newly refurbished everything your require for beach with children. near all amenities. Loved everything about these apartments. Location, value for money, kingsized bed. clean. lovely big bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen. free internet and parking. Everything. Clean,spacious and homely. It had all the appliances we needed. Definitely will use again. The location the cleanliness and facilities were excellent. the apartments are well decorated, clean and well equiped. Very clean and modern, great location. Excellent value. Location,definitely I wii stay again if I go Skegness. The apartment was lovely and great value for money. Space for the family, good value, close to beach. excellent appartments.spotless clean. Location and price. everything. everything. The staff. Spacious and clean and not far from pier and shops. I know it seems strange, but it was just too hot in the apartment, tried turning radiators down but didn't seem to work that way! The sofa bed in the living area was much too hard and very uncomfortable, wouldn't be able to manage for more than couple nights on it!. the sofa bed in the living room was a little uncomfortable to sit on whilst getting your breath back so it would have been nice to have some big cushions to put behind your back. this is of course just my opinion and depends on your own level of comfort. Nothing it was above our expectations. Staff brilliant. Would have liked a TV in bedroom. Shower was temperamental but thats all. it is not made clear when booking in that you need to go and book in at the coasters apartments around the corner. Nothing, everything was great. Too hot and you couldn't control the heating. Slightly hard sofa bed. not knowing to go to coasters for key. The bedding wasn't clean. Check in was a disaster from the start, no cot in room, had to walk to pier to check in phone was unmanned and unanswered, she gave me someone elses check in details dpa not an issue here it seems, total nightmare, and my daughter whos 2 could have had naxty accident with main electrical box being at front doorwithin a child reach, shocking.
