Room was very basic for the price. for the price the facilities in the room leave a lot to be desired -put it this way i would'nt stay there again there are hotel chains that offer more for price. next to a noisey pub bedroom neened refurbushment. This is rated 4 stars but this cannot seriously be correct.I would put it at 2/3 stars. the room was very small, and ensuite tiny and cramped. bed also uncomfortable.Very over-priced for standard of room.Our bedroom had a horrible smellin the bathroom.The room felt like a basic student's bedsit. The wholehotel badly needs re-decorating - really gloomy and out-dated. Weirdsmells on the staircase. Old and in need of updating - Cheap bread at breakfast. Standard of accommodation was below expectations. Our room was pokey and small with damage to ceiling and walls in bedroom and bathroom. Unpleasant smell on stairs up to rooms. The hotel was not 4 star may be 2 star. The shower room was so small it was hard to use. Double car parking not ideal.
