Nythfa was an eye opener. It is always a gamble booking somewhere for the first time but we were delighted to have found Nythfa.
We could not have asked for more - a comfortable bed, a nicely furnished room, breakfast par excellence, and the warmest of welcomes from Deb and Nev. This included making the arrangements for a most enjoyable family meal in the Royal Oak on the Saturday with a 10 per cent discount!
And for all that the price was less than a quarter of that in a well known hotel jus. all reviews »
Wasn't our first choice as previous B&B double booked but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean room, we were made very welcome and could come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was excellent the best we have had! Every day a tasty treat was left in our room to have with a hot drink when we returned from our day out (it was very cold!) And a Creme Egg on Easter Sunday!. The view was lovely and just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The owners are new to B&B and .
Everything. Debbie the hostess was very nice and informative. Nythfa is "nesting place" in welsh, and it would of been easy not come home. The views out to sea from the rooms was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. It really is only a few minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was always cooked perfectly, but fruit,cereals,toast and yogurts was also on offer. My hubby liked the real coffee too. We hope to stay there next year for the full week. We highly recommend Nythfa.
We were made very welcome by the owners. Our room was lovely with a big comfy kingsize bed even had a view of the sea in the distance. It was in a great location with parking facilities. It was our anniversary and they kindly left us a bottle of bubbly in our room. The breakfast was lovely and well cooked. It was a great weekend and the sun was shining too. Will definitely return again.
The bed was very comfortable the room was warm with a view of the sea
& the rising sun was rather breath taking. A couple of good
quality chairs positioned in the window to enable you to sit &
watch the start of the new days. A supply of Welsh cakes with the
tea/coffee each evening. Breakfast was plentiful & well
prepared with numerous choices.
l would recommend this hotel to anyone for friendly hostess, excellent knowledge of surrounding areas, a very clean and tidy hotel, with a very good family feel to the place, room was really nice a very good feeling to it and breakfast was excellent with varied choices available.
The friendly reception from the time of booking with an e.mail once the booking was received and also a welcoming text on the morning of arrival to ensure someone was there to greet us on our arrival. Debbie and Nev were a lovely friendly couple. Would highly recommend.

Nothing was any trouble to them as I have food intolerance they made sure I had everything I needed and also got treats like everyone gets-it is near town and the hill is no problem -would stay there again -.

We liked everything about Nythfa and Saundersfoot. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy, if a little "bijou". We would certainly recommend it and will use it again if we are in the area.
Debbie, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, small en suite but very clean. Breakfast delicious and plenty of it. Steep hill down to beach but we were aware of this.

I Cant think of anything, my husband would say the ensuite a little cold but it had been exceptionally cold.

The road was a bit noisy as we had the window open because it was a warm night, but it didn't stop me sleeping so I guess it was quiet enough at nighttime. Not a big deal to me.

The only thing I did not like was the position of the guest house in relation to saundersfoot itself. This is due to the fact that I have problems with my health.
There is a bit of a hill to climb from the main part of Saundersfoot which wasn't a problem particularly but it's not very clear on the details about the B&B.
