Been close to the town centre. Bus from airport number 15 excellent
service costing £1.70 per person takes you into town, follow the sign
for (P. Pier Road) cannot get lost, getting to the apartment. Amanda was
very friendly phoned on morning of departure,saying no need to hurry,
leave when you are ready. The Royal Yacht Hotel restaurant very good,

I am a big fan of serviced apartments and enjoyed a great stay at Saco. Amanda on reception was really helpful, the apartment was clean and had everything you need for business travel - great facilities. The apartments were also really convenient for all the business and leisure areas of St Helier.
Excellent service - very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Great, convenient location to town and transport - very central. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. L'occitane toiletries and Green & Black chocolates not a bad touch either!!.
The location is perfect for the stay in St. Helier. Located close to the town centre and is 2 minutes walk away from the beach. Car parking is convenient. A couple of local shops nearby. Highly recommended for family stay in Jersey.
Staff at SACO St Helier very warm and friendly. Apartment excellent. The starter pack of basic essentials a welcome bonus. Close to shops and bus station which provides an excellent service.
All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Merlin House is a great location as we went by ferry and by foot.

The noise was the only downside. Unfortunately being central in St. Helier meant we were close to nightlife but it really did not spoil our overall stay - we had a fantastic family break :).
Situation at rear of apartment block meant that there was little day-light and no views from windows.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform SACO Jersey - Merlin House in advance of your expected arrival time.
