I was left alone. very cold night but warm room ,warm reception by staff, good food , excellent breakfast, clean and tidy , comfortable beds . we would return.For £32 a night it was excellent value and would definitely stay there again. Friendliness of staff. Being left alone with my daughter i only get a little time with her. Good restaurant and parking. Good parking, good restaurant and bar and handy location. Carvery was excellent and great value for money. Value for money, friendly staff. very clean and warm room, on site restaurant with excellent food. Will use this hotel again. The rooms are chalets,a bit like Butlins of the 1970s.A large damp patch with peeling wallpaper on the wall in our chalet.A great place for contractors looking for cheap BandB for tourists like us i am not so shuer. the smell of stale smoke in the room. The first room we were offered the wallpaper was hanging of the wall the hairdrier did not work. I received a large burn to my back from the radiator in the bathroombeing switched on way too high. Everything. Poor service, misinformation, filthy bathroom, noise, no breakfast despite staff advising there was. I should have booked the Premier Inn down the road.
