The welcome by one of the members of staff of Zen Apartments the service received from her was second to none! The cab driver didn't have a clue where to go so she found the taxi and walked me to the apartment herself. The view was excellent. The apartment was oh so spacious just how like hotels rooms / apartments whenever I travel. It was fantastic value for money. There was a tesco / cafe within a few minute walking distance and the dlr station just a few mins away too. I will definitely be b. all reviews »
The location was perfect and the service was excellent. 'Indi' was very proffessional on check in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment itself was everything it said on the site and more, very modern, spacious and clean, ideal location from what we needed. Safe car parking and very safe surroundings. I would happily recommend friends and family, in fact we are planning to return when we go to London for Xmas shopping..Great value too...

All of them were very spacious, had enough room for all your stuff. The kitchen had all you need to make not only breakfast but also lunch or dinner. Wifi access available.
Very friendly staff - the girl we checked in and out was very helpful and sweet.
Easy check-in, huge apartment with plenty of room for all of us. One double room had an en suite bathroom, other had 2 double beds in. Family bathroom, large dining room table, full facilities in the kitchen, balcony in case anyone wished to smoke, private secure parking; Late checkout for £10 per hour!.
Everything, From the service we received, i was an hour late from my expected time and the staff were very helpful in assisting with getting me in.
The Apartment was fab the decor was very impressive.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you need, including a small Tesco just around the corner and the DLR across the road. Can't fault the location or the range of utilities that come as standard.
Staff were very friendly and answered our questions promptly. Deposit paid back immediately. It was a good choice for us as we were visiting the O2 and only a couple of stops away on the tube. Very handy.
Excellent welcome from staff. Clean, tidy, great location and very well appointed. On site car parking for only £10!!! Have already booked for second upcoming London trip.

The DLR was really close for transport and there was a Tesco Express and massive ASDA both within walking distance.
With a group of 3+ this is such good value for money. Modern furniture and well decorated give it a great feel.

A little bit of vacuuming would not hurt. Just check out the location properly before you go - or ask via email. I did google street view couple times, to be sure, because we were checking in after 10PM and still could not find the right building. the girl I emailed to answered all my annoying Qs and it was a piece of cake to get there after that. Other than that - great place to stay for the money you spend!.

When I called to say I was going to be late i was told the payment had not been cleared yet the emails i had received had no mention of this. After emaisl Indus he clarified their mistake and that £200.00 cash would be required, tus adding to the delay in arriving, but once there it was blissful and a memorable place. I will defo be returning.
I do think as part of the service for the first night tea, milk coffee sachets should be on offer as a hospitality gesture.
We were the first guests in this particular room and the Wi-Fi hub wasn't set up yet, we were given a log in for a BT server, but we could never connect to it.
hated the 10'oclock check out we were trying to get something to eat before we left, the door was knocked on at 9.55 prompt for is to vacate, asked to finish breakfast only gave us 10 more minutes. carpets dirty could do with a upgrade of furnishings.
Could not find the apartment building from the street due to construction fence.

The staff were terrible. Very unfriendly and intimidating. We felt so uncomfortable we could not stay the night and left after 2 hours.

Apartment tired ,bottoms of doors damaged by wedges ,paint work in
needed of refresh ,brush steel kitchen fittings greasy ,cheap ikea cafe
cutlery ,china ,being polite very poor mostly odds and sods many with
small chips ,assorted misc mugs ,glass hob filthy, did clean a small
section on rear left of ring to show how should be ,appat from view just
a tired appartment.
The apartment was a little "tired" - some items broken or in need or repair; strange smoke smell within the lift, the shower over the bath was little more than a trickle; and the kitchen work tops were damaged.
The apartment description was incorrect. The images online did not match
where we stayed. It was dirty and smelt of damp and moth balls. Hot
water ran out after 1 person had a bath.

very run down, furniture needs replacing floor in bathroom is lifting, bathrooms in general are in very poor condition.
The false advertisment saying the apartment had a riverside view when it was of buildings being made. It was full of noise. Builders everywhere. Freezing cild there was a hole which made air come in. The floor and carpet was extremely dirty. When asked to change they said they had no other room available. Overall it was a bad experience. The bed covers smelt soo bad that my partner found it difficult to sleep on.

Absolutely disgusting ..from the poor communication with the owner ( sat in his car to talk to us whilst we stood opposite him , in the rain!!) to the filthy apartment , where plate of mouldy food had been left in the microwave...and place very very basic.
Told on leaving that the owner would probably offer refund at least ..but not heard a word despite messages left on his phone
Appalling ..and it was my friends 50 th !!.
