Sorry!! I'm afraid my previous review would make other customers confused, as I wrote down some wrong information in it review. So, I would like to revise it as follow (the ones with ".." are in the right information) : I like that the studio room has everything we need--laundry machine, oven, microwave, utensils, strong wifi, warm water and very clean. Although it's not very big, but it's spacious for 2 people. But it takes about 15-20 mins walk from the Willesden Green Tube Station to the apa.
all reviews » Everything! The apartment was nice, clean and tidy. It had a stove and oven, a fridge and a sink (so a fully equipped kitchen). There was also a TV in the room with some 10-15 British TV channels, so we had something to watch before bedtime. The bathroom was very clean. There was liquid soap, toilet paper and clean towels waiting for us. Generally, the apartment was everything it promised to be in the description here on Booking. The location is OK too - the last stop on the second zone of the . Good location... only 8-10 min walking to tube station Willesden Green, convenience to Central London via public transit. The apartment is clean and quiet, equiped with a good Kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a wash machine especialy. Room rate is of great value, a really low price in London. We really enjoyed one week staying at Merose Apartment. The staff was very helpful . We arrived at 11.00 am and we could make check in even if we suppose to be there at 3 pm .The apartment was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything that we needed for one week .The location was also very good. Very good value for money.If we will vizit London again we will like to stay in the same hotel . Really nice, clean, warm and sweet room. All the services provided were great. The hosts are nice and helpful. My friend and I are 100% percent satisfied with the Mews. It is very close I the train station and bus station. So it is convenient to go to other towns nearby. I liked almost everything about this place: location is close to Willesden green station (not Willesden Junction) and is 15 min by tube from Green park, accomodation - the studio is equipped with everything you need (even an adaptor), very strong wi fi connection. The bathroom was without ventilation.Teh very negative person that answered your phone after we had checked out sunday 13th of july about 9am. We didn't even have to call! We had left the keys on the table and the door open like we were told to, but she began arguing about this, angry? We were going home and didn't need that attitude. This is a tiny studio apartment. Some of the extras not well stocked (plates, pots, pans, towels). You need to fix an appointment with the agent 1 hour before your arrival, if you are late you have to wait in the middle of the street. You might have to climb steep stairs with your suitcase if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. Walls are so thin between rooms that you hear every word. My advice- ear plugs is a must in this place. It would have been nice to have been supplied with more towels. There were only two rather small bath towels and no hand towels, bath mat or dish towels. Some small amenities would have made things more comfortable, e.g., a clothes hook on the bathroom door and a reading light by the bed. The furniture looked attractive and new, but was cheaply made and some drawers on the dresser were inoperable. The studio is a bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, a table with two chairs and a bathroom. It's a very, very small, no couch. Worth by being economical and well equipped. The window lets light pass through to the early hours of the morning. The bed was not as comfortable, being a little thin. The pillows were very thin too!. Debit card extra cost (5%). The fact you have to call them one hour before you arrive. If you have noisy neighbours you can't sleep. Walls are paper. Must use earpluggs. Poor flatware availability. Moreover we have soon informed staff about a problem with chairs ( both already broken as we arrived). We had the new ones after four days and a lot of SMS and What's app messages. No hook to hung the coat or the towel in the bathroom. Windows without any cover or curtains for avoiding sunlight in the mornings. The fact you have to call them one hour before you arrive and then try to find them was kind of difficult. Parking is bit of a pain during the day as the apartment is located in a parking permit only area. The bed was not very comfortable Towels were not replaced Sound from next rooms were loud. Bed wasn't too comfy and was very noisy when people came in and out of the building. The checking in is a little fussy but not impossible to sort out. squeaky, uncomfortable bed. Comfortable bed but only 2 very flat pillows. A small bathroom sink and no kitchen bin. The fact that there was no toaster The fact that there were no tea-towels. thin walls and noise from neighbours. i like evingeryth. the location isn't that good. * just trivia - no dish-cloth. The agent with the keys was 15 minutes late and if you get there after 8 pm you must pay 20£ surcharge. A bit outside the centre. The ventilation is very poor... Thin wall and quite noise of the nb...pillows are very thin... Need at least two, the bed is very uncomfortable... For a short stay is ok which compare with the price.. the tap (wash-stand) won't turn; shower with a little pressure very light in the room at night want hand towels; dishes cloth; table cloth and hair dryer. Little disturbing things. We had fully equipped kitchen without things, which would be necessary to use it. No sponge, dishwashing gel, table salt and so on. No powder for washing machine. Only one roll of tp for a week. Some bulbs were out, broken bathroom shelf, broken toilet seat, etc. Walls are thin and every night we had to knock to the neighbours to keep their voice down. Paper thin walls (very noisy) Cash payment a little inconvenient (debit card surcharge - not explained on checkout). in zone2，a little far away from city centre. my wife fall down from the stairs with her friend as they are worried from a thief looking at them from the window ,, the worst night i ever seen. we couldn't sleep and leave the hotel at the sunrise. @ Not safety @. No sound proofing, could hear man next door snoring. Bed really hard, no tea towel, bath mat, hand towel. Big disappointment! - very noisy place (we couldn´t sleep 2 nights out of 4), bad bed and mattress too, not very clean bed linen. We are definitely not going to stay at this place again. When we came, they told us to pay in "Cash", which was not mentioned in their hotel information. Who would have 200 Pound in cash? Then I proposed to pay by Visa card and they told me that there will be 5% extra cost because I would pay with card. Looking like it's some kind of "tax evasion exercise" from them when at the end I didn't get any receipt either. The room was quite good but the bed is super cheap and I won't recommend for people heavier than 60 kg.
