The staff were amazing. My sister and I were two ladies travelling alone, they were helpful with taxis, where to go and what to do. The owner is a gent who makes you feel like a guest in his own home. The hospitality was fantastic and they couldn't do enough for us. Brand spanking new so everything was beautiful and shiny. Rooms really lovely and beds very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was delicious and not massive or greasy. Healthy options were also available. My partner who wasn't even stayi. all reviews »
The Staff were extremely helpful, the owner gave us a fabulous welcome offering us a tea/coffee or a drink. He dropped us to the train station on Sunday morning to catch our train, we were very grateful for that kind gesture. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, we slept great! The breakfast was fab. We will definitely return to Penny Lane hotel.
Nice new hotel which has been nicely done. Quite plush with lots of care and attention to decor. Had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed.

The greeting from the staff on arrival, they could not do enough, bags taken to our rooms, any drink we wished on the house. The rooms were so beautiful, en suite superb.
