It is a shame that, even out of season, your car park doesn't accommodate all your guests. I feel it necessary to remind some guests that when staying at the hotel and attending a function, when they retire to their rooms, other guests have already gone to bed. I was woken twice in the night due to selfish guests who were returning to their bedrooms in the early hours of the morning.They charge you for parking your car in the hotel car park. The location wasn't as near to the town as expected. smallness of car park could have been a problem, but wasn't in fact on this occasion. Cost of breakfast. Charging for parking. Lack of bar staff, did not get served so went elsewhere. the only problem was the parking, when we arrived car park was full but we were lucky to be given a parking place by a guest who was just booking out. Getting out of the car park in the morning was a problem, we were given no card or instructions and sat in the car pressing the help button until a kind lady receptionist took pity on us. there were a lot of rowdy people staying who were singing and banging pipes and swearing until 4am which I thought was terrible i complained in the morning and the staff didnt even seem concerned. Parking - we were lucky to get a space (even though we had to pay) -other people not so. More information should be given about this andalternatives. Also very confusing in the room for the entertainmentpackage. We weren't sure if we had to pay for using the tv or not. Weheard at least 2 other couples also discussing this. I can understandpaying for films and internet but not basic tv. Car parking!! Because of functions and building work, hotel guests have no guarantee of finding a space. £5 overnight charget to hotel guests, under such circumstances, is neither fair nor acceptable.The room heating was not very effective. Price of the Breakfast - too high in my opinion. French staff gave no info about anything on check in, from meal times to where the lifts were, and knew very little about the area. Charged £5 for parking overnight.breakfast is pricey. parking not very good, bar staff very unorganised and the check out takes a lifetime,. room was far to hot at night and with the window open the noise of the traffic kept us awake for a lot of the night. Pre authorising £150 on my credit card fopr a room costing £59 The breakfast was absolutely terrible all items frezing cold. did not appreciate paying to use a car park at all!!!! Toilet in the roon was a bit like a concrete box. My room was located above a party so I had to move me and my son in the night. Pillows, sink plug in the bathroom dangerous, wine scandelousprices,paying for parking,no other hotel in the area charges!!!. The valance sheet had a brown stain on it. We had requested 2 twins and 1 double and got 3 doubles, 2 of which had the sofa bed made up rather than 2 proper beds. The quality of rooms are over-priced by atleast 30% compearing with other hotels.Hve stayed in better rooms up to £50 a night cheaper The price of breakfast was extortionate and should be included in the price of the room. Attitude of bar staff. Poor standard of carpets in corridors, Rooms no better than Travelodge etc, which are cheaper. I didn't like the fact the car parking had to be paid, or the bar prices, which were practically double that of any other bar.
