This family-run Brookfield House is situated on a quiet tree-lined road, just 10 minutes’ to the heart of Harrogate and a 5-minute walk from the Harrogate International Centre.

A beautiful b&b . The hosts made us feel so welcome but were not
overbearing ,as some b& b hosts can be. We had a very tastefully
decorated room with all the amenities you could possibly need . The easy
access to WiFi ( the information was cutely available on a parcel label
attached to the telephone) was very useful. The room and house were
spotlessly clean . Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much
trouble. There was private parking behind the house. The house is in a

Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. The bedroom and shower room were quite small but that was expected as this was a small double which was perfect for one. The room was very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotless and had everything I needed - robes, iron and board, fridge etc etc. The breakfast was very good too. They made up.
We loved how friendly the owner was and she was very accommodating. The location was great for the convention centre and only few minutes walk to centre with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Out room was well decorated and furnished. There was also bath robes, ironing board and mini fridge included in the room. Will be stoping here again when we return next year.
Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient for conference centre. Room was very comfortable and way everything way above standard of average b&b, yoghourt, mueslie and home made fruit comport for breakfast, lovely toiletries, bathrobe, etc, etc.
Excellent overall. Very handy to City (5-10 minute walk) with great selection of good restaurants. Also convenient to great tourist locations within 20-30 miles of city. Very comfortable beds. Superb breakfast. 9.5+/10 of 20 B&B's we stayed in on trip.
Warm welcome, cosy feel to the hotel, helpful friendly owners, huge well cooked breakfast plenty of choice on the menu, all cooked to order - ideal peaceful location for both walking and the shops/restaurants. Look forward to returning again in the future.
The owners were very welcoming & friendly . Room was spotless . Just a short walk to the town and breakfast was cooked fresh for customers which is a nice change . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and will be staying here again .
Very clean and nicely decorated room. Lovely touches like the little note pointing to the milk for the tea and coffee. Breakfast - well cooked quality food and great choice - salmon & scrambled eggs on muffins.

Very comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows. Some soft, some harder so I could choose just the rights one for me. I also liked the water and fresh milk provided in the little fridge I had in my room.
Brookfield was absolutely fabulous. Superb decor throughout, and very comfortable beds. The owner was lovely. Location was perfect for a weekend in Harrogate. We will definitely return.
