very spacious, lovely and clean, perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to town, able to keep parking permit for a few hours exra after check out. Spacious, 2 room apartment plenty of space for family of 5 . Was a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal mile. Close to supermarket and food stores. The apartment was modern Nd exceptionally clean . Within walking distance of all attractions . Would recommend.

We liked having a base not too far out of center. The apartment is clean, situated nearby the city center, bus stops and shops are just few hundred meters away. The location was good and the apartment was spacious. top floor and no lift, not a problem for us but could have been for older people carrying luggage. Beds a little uncomfortable. Nothing, it was a fantastic experience!. Speed of toilet refilling after flushing was very slow. Saucepans well used. Nothing at all. Nothing negative - would happily stay again. Cheap furniture, uncomfortable bed. Freezer could do with a thorough defrost and clean. There were no recycling containers in flat, we recycle plastic,paper, card, metal, food waste at home. Quite a few wear and tear areas, like the scraped wallpaper in living room, shower grouting and general paint work in flat. The radiators were filthy and need a proper deep clean. The whole flat could do with a spruce up, longer than a 1/2 hour clean between lets. Impolite staff! The agent has promised to settle the late check in fees but the staff refused to listen! We have booked for 7 person to stay in but they only prepared for 6. We have to get the bed, blanket, etc from their office to the apartment by ourselves! Totally not worth the money!. I regularly stay in apartments and it was the wasn't impressed with the cleanliness. The whole apartment was very dirty which isn't ideal when you have a 2 year old & 5 year old travelling with you. The whole apartment needs to be deep cleaned!.
