What people say
Really friendly staff, nice touches in the room such as a bowl of mints/sweets and complimentary crisps. Fantastic view, great location overlooking regency square and seafront. Gorgeous bathroom with double whirlpool bath and Molton Brown toiletries. Delicious breakfast too. Standard room at any other nearby hotel would've cost the same for far less glamour. Will definitely stay again. Attentive helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included. We were very well looked after. Our room was large, very comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It was in an excellent location. The friendly staff; the comfortable bedroom and its quirky decor; nearness to the town centre; small hotel so not impersonal; every bedroom is decorated differently in the regency style. This is a beautifully decorated hotel . Its also in a great location . The staff were really friendly. We'll definitely stay there again .. loved it !. The bedroom was beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff.Friendly and approachable staff wiling to help. Warm welcome, good location, double shower.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Lovely individual styled room. fantastic room and jacuzzi. service, location, decor,. facilities, location. I couldn't have asked for more. I asked for flowers [it was a Valentines weekend] and they organised a magnificent display. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the Four Poster bed and Jacuzzi. The rooms were warm and perfect for a romantic weekend. The centre of Brighton is only a short walk away, and so the hotel doesn't suffer from late night noise. The owner suggested and booked excellent restaurants for us, he also sorted out our parking. The breakfasts were superb, hot and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and extremely help. The unusal decro of the bedrooms was exactly as described, and many of the rooms were very large. The hotel itself is a beautiful Regency building with alot of character. It is unique to other hotels with its themed rooms. Both the service and staff were excellent. The main reason for my booking was the chance to stay somewhere that had themed rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fact thst it was so close to everything, we didn't have to use the car at all.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Owners and Staff were extremely helpful and nice - Thank you!. Wonderful room, friendly staff - really nice stay.accsibilty to brighton - friendlness of staff. the ease of access along with the location.Friendly and helprul staff. the friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and well appointed. Small welcoming touches included tea and coffee and a bowl of sweets in the room. the relaxed attitude of the staff, friendlyness and very accomodating. beautiful room, friendly staff , fabulous breakfast. Quiet and uninterupted with pleasant surroundings. location. individuality of the rooms / friendliness of staff / informal atmosphere. Excellent room, extremely nice... Thr themed room was fantastic. The room was great, with great views to the right of the west pier!!. The staff were good too,and one chap even took the time to find a store i was looking for,on his own map,and then gave me a complimentry map as well, all in all a nice relaxed hotel, would come again.... The room was great. Lots of attention to detail with decor. Had a balcony which was a bonus. Polite and friendly staff and told us bout location for good food and where not to go. Will def go back there.rooms were very individually decorated and interesting. Service was personal and breakfast was individually cooked. Staff were very helpful in giving directions to other venues in Brighton. The room was wonderful, even if a little shabby around the edges.Location in relation to restaurants was brilliant and the staff verywelcoming.Could hear the couple upstairs having a huge argument at about 3am (not the hotel's fault obviously!). If you have a lot of luggage ask for a lower floor room as there is no lift .Shame there's no discount on nearby parking. Our room was in the attic and the stairs were hardgoing!. Leaving to go home!. Its a shame the local council don't offer discounts on the parking to hotel guests. The very convenient car park is also very expensive.Although everything was lovely a little expensive, would not be able to afford staying often. found the hotel charming. broken jacuzzi in room -however, when we asked it was fixed promptly. The window in the room rattled a little in the wind. hotel lovely , tudor rose room a bit dark. having to pay for parking (£12.50 for 24hrs). Windows could have done with cleaning. Had a leak in the bath but reported to owner and sorted it straight away. Not really - there was a situation outside the hotel on our return fromdinner between the night staff and a couple of guests - we had to walkthrough the arguement to get into the hotel. But other than that it wasperfect for our stay.
