What people say
Very good location, a good supermarket nearby. Ealing broadway tube and railway are withing working distance (15 min). It is a good alternative to the city centre when Picadilly line is closed due to works (as it was in my case). What's is even better Northfields station is even closer (10 munite walk with a heavy bag) and it has service to Heathrow even when a part of the picadilly line is closed. So due to good transport options you don't have to bother how to get to the airport.

Location is very convenient - just 3 min to South Ealing Picadilly like
station. In case of line closure there is also Ealing Broadway about 15
min on foot. Very close to Heathrow. Room was spacious and very clean.
There was kettle and tea cups in the room. Bathroom was not very large,
but quite comfortable. There was a good water pressure in the shower,
even hot water was flowing ok. There is no breakfast included, but it is
clearly stated and there is a small kitchen on a floor and Sainsbury
.
Very nice and comfortable guest house for not exacting and demanding tourists, good price/quality ratio. Cozy rooms, kind and affable personnel ready to provide a variety of services upon request. Appliances and utilities available like in big hotels.
The location was terrific, 3 mins from South Ealing tube, a laundrette 1 min away and pubs and eateries 5 mins away. The bed was very comfortable. Small but modern ensuite with really good water pressure in the shower. We would stay there again .
Helpful and friendly Guesthouse operator. Right choice of room size of your need. Tube station and mini mart less than 3 min walk. Café & Restaurant is within 5mins walk. WIFI is readily available upon check-in!.

A mini-single room in a loft for a very good price, 15 min by tube to the center of London - a perfect variant for open-minded young people who seek for summer sightseeing & shopping in London. There is a kitchen, free wi-fi, shower and utilities - a minimum pack for those who is planning to spend the majority of time walking etc (out of hotel). If you know that you come back late (after the tube closes at 12-01 a.m.), you can take a N11 night bus from Victoria station (near Buckingham Pala.
Overall quality is reasonable to good. Friendly and clean. Location close to underground station South Ealing. Shops, restaurants and pubs are close by.
Stay was good. Guest house is near to South Ealing tube station, that's the main reason for choosing this house.

The location was brill for London 5 mins from the tube and some lovely pubs n Indian restaurants around x the rooms were well fitted out lovely new carpet n shower brill x very comfy.

I stayed for 4 night but my rooms was not cleaned (even the rubbish bin). But in fact it was ok for I don't like cleaners.
There was no room service, but that was ok with me. I just asked where
to place trash and was empting the bin myself.
The room was small but has the potential for extra room if it wasn't for a big 3 seater couch which was not needed and unusable, it sat in front of a bay window so there was wasted room behind the couch which could have been utilised for your luggage.
No tea and coffee provided.Toilet is jammed up to the sink not alot of space!.

We stayed here for 3 nights, of which 1st night was spoiled because of bed bugs and was a horrible night but 2nd & 3rd night was okie.
Quite far away from city centre.
My wife had to climb over me to get to the bathroom, as space was at a premium. The tap in the bathroom kept running long after we had attempted to turn it off--------not very eco-friendly! No shower gel or shampoo was provided.
It did appear clean but there were 2 lots of blue toothpaste in the sink, which was strange as they were very noticeable. Bathroom tiny.
The hotel is on a busy street and quite noisy.
The staff weren't useful. I'd arranged to drop my bags off early and was told there would be someone there, so I phoned the number and was told someone would arrive in 5 minutes. I waited 40 minutes until someone strolled up with a Macdonalds in hand!.

Its not a hotel . Its like a sharing house. The bathroom was really awfull dirty small. There is no mirror and towels soap shampoo . You cant take shower standing. Its like a loft bath.the room is small and dirty .

Dirty, burnt carpet. Really noisy (bring earplugs if you want a quiet
night). Receptionist playing loud movies a few feet away from the room.
Enormous unnecessary sofa taking up most of the room.
The place was disgraceful, the room was in the basement, the bed a put
up, you couldn't walk around the bed, the shower cubicle was like
something seen in a caravan and there were no tea/coffee facilities
as promised.
Their was a little kitchen for communal use for drink making but felt like you were in someone's kitchen would prefer drinking facilities in the room with ur own cups etc.
Rooms we got was so samll No proper lighting The bathroom was so small
and the ceiling was so low, I had to duck and take a shower (I am asian
5 ft 7 ish )... the water heater was dirty.
Bathroom - too small. Price - too expensive. Twin rm, booked for double! Wire coming out of wall above bed. Small tv. Down in basement!.
