have travelled lots and this is the most efficient, speedy and stress free check in and check out I have experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were no glitches at all. everyone was very helpfull service was excellent if I were giving it marks out of 10 then it would get 10 out of 10 I would recommend it to all my friends. The very relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel in general.Also the staff were very attentive and looking to assist at all times.
all reviews » Cleaniness of the room, proximity to the conference center, very comfortable room, 5 kinds of pillows!!. next door to where concert was held so no worries about getting transport. the event we were going to see all darts players were staying there. The service levels were very good, particularly the bar manager as theywere very busy due to a major concert which was on next door. Nothing £155 for a average room with no breakfast included in the price this is the worst case of rip off britain ever! and £5 for a small glass of wine is beyond a joke.Never again will I stay at a Holiday inn.would like to have seen the breakfast in the price of the room and not separate for it makes it look much more costly. bar area rather small. Whilst the price may appear to represent good value for aberdeen, I didnot think it justified this charge for a sunday in february with nobreakfast included. Too far from union street and university. Bedroom temperature was a little high, and it was impossible to open the window to increase ventilation. The room was a bit too hot. Construction site besides hotel, overpriced breakfast, poor localamenities around hotel. Room felt a bit cramped. the rooms are slightly dated and they leave a note in the room to the effect that the hotels is going to undergo major referb soon outherwise all is o/k. The toilet was in need of fixing as in bolted down. Should have a special cheap-rate taxi to get to centre of Ab. Slow service in the dining room. Surprised that guests still in their dirty working gear were served meals in the bar area, this creates the wrong image and is bad manners that the hotel obviously do not want to correct. I feel £30 per person is too expensive but I know in the 'real world' that is life now.twice hotel staff knocked on our door to find when we were leaving. it was like they wanted rid of use asap. Only one key for room and it was needed for electricity which causedconsiderable problems as my husband and I were at different venues and Ihad to stay awake until he returned at 12.30 am would only reccomendthis hotel for single peopleor couples who went everywhere together. the on site building works noise !!! considering the most expensive nightly rate for a couple of nights £170 !!!! per rooom during my stay. breakfast served too late therefore it should not be included in price. Quite far out of town. Lack of gymnasium. breakfast prices were very expensive. Oppressively warm. The cleanliness of the room.The room was small and extremely overpriced. £125 per night room only! Room was adjacent to buliding work and we were woken at 7a.m. The room was not clean, we only noticed in the morning as we were at aconcert, but the sheets were dirty with hairs that were not ours and thematress was like a brick. The room service panninis were cold and quitepossibly raw and were thrown in the bin. We both have bites from whoknows what on our arms from the night. The house keeping just walked inat nine oclock am and were shouted out. even when we booked in we were given a room that wasn't even made up and cleaned so had to be given another one sheer incompotence!.
