Zinn Apartments is a nice complex without a reception. Our apartment was big enough for the four of us. Communication with owner before our stay including instructions how to get there and where to find the keys were perfect. Highly recommended for a stay in Aberdeen.
It had well proportioned rooms and the lay out of the apartment was good. The furniture and fittings were of a good standard and the kitchen was well equiped for our needs. Being able to contact the manager so easily and being able to collect the keys ourselves.all reviews »
Apartment decor and facilities were good.
Landlandy/staff (Tracey) was very helpful and always friendly.

Aberdeen city proved to be a good night out.
The standard of the apartment was excellent. I had a minor problem with an iron which was rectified by the manager immediately. Check in and out was pain free.
The location is quite ideal for accessing public transport. The apartment is well furnished with modern amenities.

No lift (we knew this before and we asked ourselves for a room upstairs - but still...), little noisy due to busy road. Unfortunate no Twin room available for our boys, they had to sleep in a double room.
The noise from the road was quite bad. The side bed lights did not work in one room and the main light in the other. The beds mattress in one of the rooms was uncomfortable the springs could be felt. The shower kept running cold.
The immediate local area was a little run down.
Heavy traffic meant queuing each evening to get into the car park and can only be approached from one direction, if approaching from Dyce around 5pm you have to find a suitable turn around point having passed the apartments. This means sitting in heavy traffic twice.
The location was quite noisy, without much in the way of amenities close by.
Some of the facilities are starting to breakdown such as cupboard doors hinges and top of venetian blind coming apart.
It advertised a different location than we got.
