I like the location of the hotel so close to Sultanahmet very famous Turkish mosque, the room is clean, the staff is friendly and the internet connection is good. During the stay, I somehow developed a neck problem due to uncomfortable bed. The staff immediately got me another room. Subsequently, due to air conditioning problem, they upgraded our room and shifted us to Arden City Hotel. This was a great gesture and I appreciate it.
