Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Clean and well-maintained room. Good breakfasts and wonderful view of the Bosphorus from the terrace. Staff were amazing and very helpful, very knowledgable too. Area was fantastic right in the midle of all the famous tourist sites. Fantastic location and staff.Great value for money. beautiful view from the terrace.
