This is the best hotel i had ever stayed. The personnel are great and this make the hotel special. I can't said nothing bad about this hotel just positive words and im still thinking for theunforgettable time in this sweat place. Some of you had said that the rooms are small,but for us was quit good and clean(everyday they clean the rooms).Shower is perfect. all reviews » The hotel in the heart of Old Istanbul where is all the historical sites and it's less that 10 minutes from Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Bazaar. Also, It's near to Sultan Ahmet Station that allow you to go anywhere. The hotel located in very safe area that we walked after midnight and it was really safe. The hotel is very clean, has good breakfast and very friendly staff especially Jasmine (Yasmine) who is waiter there. She is very helpful and friendly. When I arrived, the hotel upgraded me from s. Hotel Lausos was fabulous. The staff was courteous and very welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and clean with gorgeous views and spa bathrooms. The location couldn't have been better! And the food was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the professional staff, especially Resat and Yasmin! They always anticipated when a cup of coffee, orange juice, or some divine cake was needed. It was a joyful experience and we loved everything about Hotel Lausos. We would and return again and again. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace are all close by. . A very romantic hotel in a wonderful location. Steps away from the blue mosque and several tourist attractions, to restaurants, shops and the Tran station. The hotel itself is small, but very cozy and seemingly authentic. Here is what I didnt like about it : - bathroom was very small. - breakfast was almost the same everyday. I don not know but maybe this is the Turkish breakfast. Price for the room; breakfast was quite poor. Wi-Fi connection is quite weak in the rooms (Sony xperia was working ok, but iPad and Galaxy s3 had problems). The room (Roxana Suite) was very small. Unfourtunatelly, the hotel doesn't have a roof top terrace (but it has got a terrace at the first floor). Our room did not have wifi. It would be best if all rooms were equipped with wifi. Room was a bit small, but we did need a baby cot/crib which took up a bit of the free space. Small rooms (Like all hotels in this area) No roof terrece Little bit expensive. The window open when the 'call to prayer' sounded at 5.45!!!. Nothing. What's not to like?. There isn't a swiming pool. No curtains outside the bathtub, no place to hang the shower handle. "Baby WC" - extremely low. Hotel will not accept Amex card but only Visa or cash but not mention in your booking and I used Amex at time of booking. Internet from room was pants.
