The design was very nice. Price was very low, compared to the location and facilities. Very friendly and funny staff. In the middle of old town Phuket, so excellent for exploring this not so touristic part of Phuket. Especially if you like architecture, design, live music and good food. Sino Imperial is almost new hotel, very clean, tidy, staff is really friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and strongly recomend to the others. Hotel is close to the city center, very good location. They stored my suitcase during my trips for free. Really nice time here.
all reviews » The room we had was on the third floor away from the street. It was perfect and quiet. I liked the remodeling of the hotel, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the price was extremely good value for your money. De hotel rooms were very pleasant (less fancy than the pictures but still very good) and clean. Personnel was very pleasant, efficient and helpful... always with a smile. English is not perfect but still good enough to organise everything. Slick, clean, nicely laid out. The 'open' lounge area was particularly pleasant. And the wifi worked! When I get back to Phuket I will certainly book in here again. Very clean, good airconditioning, nice bed. Everything we needed for a good night sleep between flight and boat to phi phi the next afternoon. Perfect for short stopover as a tired traveler..very clean and comfortable - they even had cup-noodles and coke for free on the room. Very helpful staff who organised our transfer to the pier for free. Hotel is basic but very clean and modern. Excellent rooms in a stylisch boutique hotel. Rooms are big, well equipped and quiet. I missed lift, the door of the shower could be more clean (everything other is perfect). The bathroom could have been cleaner, but they fixed this after we told the reception. The drain smell a little like sewer, but this is how it seems to be almost all places in Thailand. It must be the layout of the drains... Nothing. To stay for longer phuket town is not so nice compared to the rest of the island. The staff at the reception speaks barely English, but is really nice. Breakfast not good . Prefer having Thai breakfast better than sweet pastry and cereal. Extra 3% for paying by credit card. very basic breakfast. Puket town was bit out of the beach region in phuket. But good solution is to rent a bike!. nothing to do close by. no restaurant and a bit way out. No lift. There were some flies in the toilet No room service and hence no ice cubes. Heavy paint smell, can't use credit card, more expensive ferry ticket than market. Cokroaches in room as soon as we check in....shower area stinks....same for wash basin....and there were lots of ants everywhere.....liked wash basin, fridge area and near by bed.....so it was very difficult to sleep....My girlfriend was so scared that she couldnt sleep whole night and just kept the light on in order to avoid any ants and cokroaches...
