We were close enough to phuket town and local markets and the bus station. Felt safe and although staff had very limited English they were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Although down a slightly more 'local' and out the way road it meant that road noise was non existent and our scooter was safe. For 500 baht a night it is great value for money. 1 night stay before taking a boat to koh phi phi, perfect location to go there by taxi, quiet street, 5 minutes walking from the center of phuket-town and easy to find. Simple, perfectly clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff. Tv, fridge, space to put your belongings, table in the room, and a little balcony.
all reviews » We only stayed one night but it was very pleasant with a comfy bed, spacious room and good reception on the TV. All in all, perfect for a stop over and even long term lodgers as rooms contain good furniture for storage. Very clean and neat room. Perfect to stay when you are going to PhiPhi Island and need to get the boat at Rassada Pier. Good location to explore Old Phuket and catch island ferries. Good value for money. Clean and spacious. It was quite hard to find and access to the side road seems to only be made from one main road despite running parallel to another main road. Quite frustrating at times but still a central location. The hostes could not understand English but was really helpful. Pillow hard. Very high commission on ferry tickets; bought at half the cost in Old Town. Not a luxurious. Just a value for money. Taxi drivers don't knows about it ). no problems. Rooms are not like pictures and its to far away from everything!!. Since I checked in late (10pm) I found nobody at the reception. After pressing calling bell one lady full of anger received us! I offered to pay her next day as I did not get chance to change currency. she did not entertain. The balcony door lock at the ground floor did not work. It was possible for anybody to sneak in at night. It is neither really a hotel or apartments. It is at the end of a long road of a residential area and can be scary to walk at night. Could get better location for price it is not on main strip. The bed bugs. The feeling god being in a prison when u r there. We couldn't find our way around.
